Nancy is a ‘1.5 generation’ immigrant from China, who came to New Zealand over 20 years ago; she sees herself as a ‘Chiwi’ (Chinese-Kiwi) speaking both fluent English and Mandarin.  Nancy is a Chartered Accountant by profession and has had a diversified career as a tax consultant, auditor, finance manager and now general manager. She has worked in professional services firms and state owned enterprises, and now works for one of the largest private companies in China as the general manager of their New Zealand business.
