Social Housing Introduction

CNSST Kotuku House is a 4 level building with 36 one-bedroom apartments, built in partnership with government. It is specifically designed for Asian seniors who face a range of difficulties in accessing the private rental market in Auckland. Each unit is 59 m2, with private bathroom and balcony, and waste management and security system. The ground floor will serve as CNSST new office, providing wrap-around support to residents and the wider community.

The grand opening was held on 28th March 2018.

CNSST Foundation and its employees do not charge any fee to place tenants into CNSST Kotuku House.

CNSST Foundation has not authorized any agent, individual or organization to act on its behalf to provide any consulting or service as such, and asks for a fee.
